Mediterranean diet

Due to their favourable climate, the shores of Spain, have always produced the basic ingredients for the Mediterranean cuisine, which today is internationally very much appreciated: a huge selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, all different types of fish and seafood, and in addition, Sherry Vinegar, first class olive oil and a pinch of sea-salt.
