Ingredients:
½ Kg. of
strawberries from Huelva
2 table spoons of Pedro Ximenez Sherry
1 tea spoon of Sherry-Vinegar GRAN RESERVA 23
Preparation:
Place the washed and sugared strawberries in a bowl and mix the Pedro Ximenez Sherry with the Sherry Vinegar. Drop this blend carefully over the strawberries. The Sherry-Vinegar enhances the fruity taste of the strawberries and preserves their red colour.
